Just to prove to everyone that I'm not a pansy, I went. Of course I went straight home after work and slept four hours before going, so maybe I am pansy. Fuck.

Anyway, the club is very . . . lame. I didn't think these existed anymore, but the main dance floor is 18+. The upper levels is 21+, and a section of that is VIP (which in itself you'd think that part would be better, but nooooo.) The crowd was a very strange mix of emo, punk, gay and very confused gangsta boys. The main floor played everything from N'Sync, Spice Girls, Stefani and Spears. Painful. It was vastly amusing watching the waif teens dance to this (they even had half naked dancers, two of whom were thin emo boys which scared the shit out of me). The one scarring moment though was watching this fat asian boy dance on a pillar in his camouflage underwear, ugg boots and nothing else.

So the VIP section was really small and had its own music with just a few tables - ours, Bobby Trendy (shoot me) and Britney's. Each table has its own set of booze and lame nuts. We start drinking and Bobby shows up and everyone's excited because Britney is a creature of habit and tends to go to the same clubs over and over and she started going to this one because she's avoiding Paris. (I had to hear all this last night) It's not at all crowded until Britney's gay dancers show up. Then the music gets louder and they start dancing everywhere; however, they're avoiding Britney's table. An hour goes by and then they raid the table and start drinking Britney's booze which tells everyone she's not coming. She probably passed out on the way or something. He promoter then leaves in a huff.

Even if I wanted to take pictures, they're so strict that if they see a cell phone they'll practically throw you out. The rest of the night was even more lame - I had to endure such phrases, "I wish I didn't know so many people!" and then they run off and greet someone.

That's my story of a wasted night. I went for YOU guys. Sorry for the let-down.

The partying pop star mom popped into a convenience store last night and checked out the latest gossip on her life by skimming through the current issue of Us Weekly, which features her and new boytoy Isaac Cohen on the cover.

After figuring out where she'd been for the past week, America's favorite trainwreck then grabbed a Red Bull, and spent the evening with friends, cruising the streets of L.A. in her convertible Mercedes.
