Destroying Old Woodsy Owl Costumes
- Guidelines

1. Incinerate the complete costume with the oversight of an official USDA Forest Service law enforcement officer*.

2. The entire Woodsy Owl costume including each of the separate pieces is to be destroyed beyond recognition.

* If you do not have access to an official USDA Forest Service law enforcement representative, arrangements will be made for dealing with your costume by contacting the USDA-FS Washington Office at:

Agreed but I think they changed it so the costume is easier to build and less people die wearing it.

Some cheap-ass didn't wanna pay for that horrific fucking owl costume, so they made a lower budget model. Figures.

Well they claim the old Woodsy sent out an unsafe message about hiking because he was not wearing shoes and shit like that.

Give a hoot don't pollute, unless it's to burn costumes. Cause the amount of t0oxins released by burning a OLd Woodsy costume is nothing compared to the horror of letting Old Woodsy and his unsafe message to live on.

Also govenment announces new plans to clothe and provide back packs to all owls and other creatures of the woods damn them, safty first.
