i called in sick yesterday because i was sick, leaving the other two guys at the office to cover my duties. well, basically i was exposed for being the disorganized and unmotivated loser that i am, so my boss implemented all these overly redundant changes in protocol that made my being there completely useless.

we got a huge shipment of items, all of which were backordered and with all the newly implemented changes it was bound to take twice as long as it should have. i told him this and he got pretty annoyed. and i said "fine whatever, i'll do it your way."

and then he told me to go home. i don't blame him. paying me to do anything is a waste of money.
