Of course! That's just what I was thinking when I watched it!

What a peculiar, brazen bit of spin. Oh, race is a bit of a hot topic at the moment so let's try and link De Vito and The View to a KKK meeting, even though it's the most tenuous analogy imaginable. The 'logic' being De Vito felt comfortable insulting Bush in that environment in the same way a Klanster would feel comfortable insulting black people in the setting of a Klan meeting. Using the same method I could say watching Goldberg saying that to Bill O'Reilly in the safety of the O'Reilly Factor was like watching Adolf Eichmann consulting Hitler about extermination camps at a meeting of top Nazi officials. Wunderbar.

I also like how the video of Devito doing his monkey-like impersonation of Bush is synched with Goldberg’s imitation of a klansmen (“That old nigger, he did that, this nigger...”) to really help cement the link in the minds of any passive idiots watching. And then after that it’s no longer even an analogy, but Devito actually “went into the Klan meeting of The View...” Maybe Fox News should just start using graphics of Bush-bashers with big red horns, it would be more subtle.
