Default who was that dude who is drawn onto the cd cover of come crappy band?

the one where he's kind of an outline in a hooded sweatshirt or something like that, behind a girl and it looks like he's looking at her bum? i saw that cd in a store yesterday when i was with someone, it really freaked me out, man!

I only saw the movie once when I was very young. I don't even remember what the movie was about... Even in my olde age I haven't revisited it.

i used to watch that movie all the time when i was kid. i even had a talking pull-string stuffed animal of rager rabbit. yet, i couldnt begin to tell you what the movie is about.
