A humorous anecdote about the gym.

I just got back from the gym. I go really late at night or early in the morning to avoid people because I hate running in front of people. Anywho.

To my dismay, there are two people there! At 1 AM! So, I just decide to suck it up and run.

While I am running, a probably mid-20s Asian girl answers her phone 4 times on while jogging and talks for 20 minutes of her 35 minute run. Then she gets off the treadmill next to me, after finishing her 35 minute cardio workout....and walks onto the balcony of the gym and smokes 2 cigarettes without closing the door. I guess working out is mighty stressful for her.

Then there is this other guy...in full street clothes and jacket, sitting on an exercise bike watching Mindfreak...that magician show, then he watched that show where people make fun of each other's moms. I don't know the name.

Then he went out and smoked too! Without closing the door! So the gym smells of smoke.

How weird.

Do you go the gym to watch TV and talk on the phone? Couldn't you use your gym membership fee to get cable?

they bake cookies and pies in the kitchen of the cafeteria of the ymca i go to, filling the gym with the smell of baked goods. I think they do it on purpose to make fun of us. I watch the tv monitor on my machines but its not like i go to the gym to do so.

Yeah eh when I got back from the gym this morning, after running, I walked into the locker room and there was this old dude FACING those walking in with his junk hanging out.

It was just absolutely disgusting. Put a towel around that shit, you old bastard.
