this past weekend it said it would be snowing by wednesday. i hope that was wrong. this weather has been so fucking ridiculous. I love it.

Man yeah! We went home for fall break last week and on our drive back the mountains were covered in snow, already! We almost couldn't even get back here in time for classes because the first major pass was completely topped with snow despite autumn not even being OVER yet.

It was really beautiful seeing snow on red/orange/yellow trees everywhere, though, even if it did turn a normal 3 hour drive into a 4 1/2 one :-\

at least you got to see pretty stuff in exchange for the delay. Traffic turned my 2.5-hour drive home into a 4.5-hour drive home. Gross.

Dang, I hope I never live in a huge city, just because I couldn't deal with traffic and all that noise and cars and pollution and yuck.

I reckon you're gearing up for a lot colder weather than I am, too. I actually have no idea how cold it gets in this particular part of California, as I've only lived here for a few months. It won't snow 'cause we're right on the beach, but I wish it would, just once, for me !
