I'm 4 episodes in and it's one of the most boring shows I'v ever watched.

I;d stop watching it, but I have the rest of the discs already in my queue to be sent to me, so I might as well watch it.

Atleast the theme song is awesome.

i like hbo shows in teh following order

1. Big Love
2. Lucky Louie
3. Entourage (by far my favoriate after seasons 1 and 2, but i didn't like 90% of season 3)

i bet i'd like the sopranos, deadwood, etc if i watched them

lucky louie is great! i'd never heard of it but i saw it on my on demand and gave it a chance.

it's a show about a blue collar family, similar to roseanne, except the husband's always masturbating in the closet, there's full frontal dude nudity, the best friend's a drug dealer, the wife's brother is homeless and they say stuff like "my kid's an asshole," "i came from my mother's cunt" and "you've got an anger boner!" it's one of the few shows where the laugh track even adds to the humour.
