Netphoria, is this a good price for a dell?

I've decided I'm going to get my mom a new computer for Christmas. Her's is an absolute piece, and I don't want her calling me every day complaining about it and having me walk her through fixing it when I move. So this seems like the easiest option for me.

I'm debating on bidding on a dell optiplex, altogether with shipping it'll be $340, do you think it's a good deal?

It's a p4, 2.4ghz
250mb ram (I've got extra to bump it up to a gb)
40gb hd (fine for my mom)
and 15" flat panel.

$340 for those specs, sound like a great deal.
