Sticky: the banning system, kristin, etc

it has come to my attention (via many PMs) that there is some dissatisfaction with the actions of some of the administrators and moderators here. FOr this reason i have decided to enact a new banning system. Now when a user posts inappropriate material or floods they will either be warned or asked to leave. This will allows users to explain themselves if they feel they deserve a fair argument before banishment and will also allow for discussion with the general popultion here. HOWever! if you are banned and asked to leave, you MUST COMPLY or i will just go back to the old system and ban you without ANY EXPLANATION at all.
