so how did it went -

first - Tiananmen square
this is how does the place look like:

on those columns are mounted cameras that cover every little place in there. The white car you can see there is a police van, ready to take anyone as quickly out of there as possible. There are sodiers marching around all the time, all connected with radios. There's quite an uneasy feeling around there.

When we get closer to Mao, it looks like this:

There is a soldier on watch every 20-30 meters.

This is when you get even closer to Mao:

see those white capped guys on the top? Again those are soldiers watching there's no suspicious activity going on. They are turned into the tower to watch the crowds that climb the tower to get the views of Tiananmen Square.

The situation was evaluated as no-go. There is no fucking around allowed with Mao. Besides all the soldiers, all Chinese seem to by Mao fanatics themselves, anyways, so they might even jump on me sooner than the soldiers or policemen themselves.

Anyways, Paul eventually showed up (although in somewhat downscaled form) on the Great Wall:

What you should try is taking several photos, but revealing a different part of the pic in each one, so that individually nobody can tell what the hell it is, but put them all together...
