The only way the yankees don't go to the series is if the white sox make the playoffs, because lets face it. The A's, Twins, and Tigers stand no chance of beating the Yankees. The only team that has a chance is the White Sox and they can't seem to beat anyone right now.

The Raptors were up in 3 quarters in almost every frickin' game last year and they'd lose it in the 4th every time. Like clockwork. It was nuts.

yeah, Kobe really raped them that game. I totally missed out that I was watching sports history in the making that night and just thought, "fuck, they're blowing it again" and put my head down in my beer instead. Only the next day I actually heard how many he put up.

same way I can support a CFL team that's 3-11 or a hockey team that hasn't won a stanley cup since the 60s - because they're closeby, that's why. Hell, I even cheer for the Sabres and Bills just cause they're within spitting distance.
