Seconded!

A Beautiful Mind was not a good movie. It was sentimental shit.

Natalie Portman and Nicole Kidman play the same character every time.

Eyes Wide Shut is one of Kubrick's best.

I thought The New World was the best movie of the year. I liked Contact too, but I still think that it's good in spite of Zemeckis, not because of him in almost any way. Alien is way, way better than Aliens. Pay it Forward (this isn't an unpopular opinion I don't think) is the worst movie I've seen. Ummm, Spielburg has NO restraint from letting his sentimentality ruin anything he lets his hands touch. Ummmmm, Phantom of the Paradise is the best De Palma movie and makes me think he's pretty cool. Alexander had some redeeming values.

I always liked you. I've been curious about The New World, I've been hesitant because It was supposed to have been based on an award winning history but the trailer led me to believe that John Smith was still the romantic liason of Pocahontas, which is actually a lie told by Smith himself. I've also been cautious of that movie because Malick made the Thin Red Line which I disliked.
