it's over.

Ain't this great? These days we play an equal match not with Brazil or Germany, but with motherfucking Wales! Proven names play shit, and we got saved thanks to totally unknown players from our own league.

Slovakia's gonna bury us next week.

Talking

Austria 2:2 Costa Rica

I'm so glad my interest in soccer continuously shrunk over the last ten to twelve years.

England had a cheeky 5-0 win over Andorra, and then pipped Macedonia 1-0 away from home.

I only wish Crouch would stop scoring against rubbish teams and then we'd have an excuse to drop the waste of space. He's absolutely garbage.

I was wondering about that, the wife was watching the highlights or something last night and I fucked off.

Crouch is a really weird looking bloke.

His legs look like they’ll snap at any second. Tall and lanky, he looks like he should be listening to emo rock or something, not playing for his national team in one of the greatest sports in the world, but yeah. He’s pretty much a joke.

Gerrads goal against Andorra was a nice one to watch.

Netherlands thus far:

2 matches played
6 points
4 goals scored, 0 against.

Looks rather good. Until you realise you're playing Luxembourgh and Belarus, and playing like a sack of potatoes on the loose. horrible performance thus far, beyond pathetic.

What was it about - that strike in Holland that almost resulted in you being eliminated from EURO? Haha, I'd expect something like this somewhere in Asia, but in Holland?

we destroyed Slovakia 3-0. It looks like we just got into the form 3 months after WC - if we were playing like this, we make it out of our group in no time. Oh well. And the best man in the field was Libor Sionko, who barely was nominated when Nedved and Poborsky were still around. And Rosicky just flourished after Nedved left.

Names of our best players as fo now are: Lafata, Kulic, Sionko, Rosicky, Cech. Lafata and Kulic are strikers. The future doesn't look so dim anymore.

there's something going on involving the government and the electricity companies. There's 3 big companies running the network, government wants to split that up. Employees threatened to turn off the power during the Netherlands - Belarus game, leaving the entiry stadium in the dark. After some legal hassle, thing didn't happen.
