Stupid fucking Covenant movie. Yet another flick that uses Stabbing Westward in its ads, and also another movie like The Craft that goth kids can milk to live vicariously for the next 10 years until we get another superpowered Goth teenager flick. Ah well, at least they're only forced upon us every few years or so.

Stupid Covenant. The only Covenant that we should all be concerned about is this one:

Rock on, motherfucker.

(okay, technically its The Flood. Sue me.)

I actually really dug the Halo 3 trailer, just for the voiceover. "this is the way the world ends" is a hellova way to grab the audience's attention.

I'd be interested in playing/buying it, but it's just that I don't think I'll own an XBOX 360 before I have a PS3 / Wii. So maybe after a year or two I'll pick it up. The Halo series isn't really that bad, it's single player is fun, but it's just that I can't play Counter-Strike:Source and Halo 2 on XBOX Live at the same time. If it's one or the other I opt for CSS. But they really are good games.

the only decent media-outlet myspace page is probably 24. Only because you can add Jack Bauer as your friend and if you go to the site you can watch a 24 episode for free.

hahhaa, I love the names of the characters in Covenant on IMDB. Keep it down to one syllable, otherwise your target audience might start drooling confusedly:

Didn't we just have some Evanescence-type movie a year or two ago? Lay off the goth quasi-superhero movies.

And I rag enough on bands with myspace pages. But movies? Give me a break. When did people get so incredibly lazy that they can't be bothered to whip up a unique website to promote their product?

a myspace site makes it seem hip to the the drone demographic they're marketing towards. The website ad at the end of the trailer is on its way out, myspace is in.
