It's not Thor it's Beta Ray Bill. As to why Captain AMERICA is on a Canadian team though beats the fuck out of me.

anyway, I doubt its Cap. Millar may be crazy enough to send Cap to Canada post Civil War, but Marvel editorial will not. I'm guessing the dude with the Cap shield will be USAgent or Nomad or a Cap spin-off. Any event, its not Steve Rodgers.

Well, Nomad's dead.

My thinking is Captain America was The Captain when he was a fugitive. USAgent's always been either that or Captain America.

Also, him and Steve Rogers seem to generally be polar opposites on most issues. So if SR is anti-reg, then John Walker's probably pro.
