I regret what I've done

yesterday i was asked for my input - the question was 'out of those you've interviewed, who do you recommend for the job?'

well i recommended this one particular person, but now that i hear her indescribably irritating 'laugh', i know i've made the wrong choice. hopefully the other people who are part of the process will out vote me.

the sound she makes when trying to 'laugh' is this scratchy, high pitched.. noise. it sounds like she's inhaling and going uhhh uhhh uhhhh.. like the sound a zombie might make if you punched it in the gut and if it had a high voice. uhh uhh uhh. try inhaling, saying uhh, and making the sound only come from your throat, and make it scratchy and high. it doesn't sound genuine either. i doubt she's even aware of it.

what have i done

edit: the reason i'm hearing her laugh now though the decision hasn't been made is that she's working as a contractor here currently
