I once went 10 days without poopin' 3 years ago. Worst 10 days ever. Oh, and I know this chick who didn't poo for almost 3 weeks. She said she didn't think it was a problem to not poo for that long.

I HEARD PEOPLE WERE SUPPOSED TO SHIT 3 TIMES A DAY (after every meal or so). But who the fuck has time for that? I used to think at least once a day was a lot, although, since I started to eat better a few years ago, this is the case for me. I go at LEAST once a day.

Shitting is very relieving, I don't have to carry it around inside my body. It's a lot of weight, you know.

my brain seems to have taken the habit of waiting till i'm in a comfortable place.
it may have something to do with shy bowel... i once had a shy bladder. it's not as bad now.

Yeah, coffee helps a lot and so do sugarfree foods (but a LOT of it). Although I think both are probably bad for you in large doses...

Going 3 times a day is a lot of a shitting unless you're sick or have a mad case of diarrhea or something.

Oh, and I used to have this weird phobia about pooing in public bathrooms, but the fear has diminished considerably since I started working regularly. I go to great efforts to poo in solitude.

Update!

I have finally pooped. Day 7 was the lucky day. I have to say there is nothing better than pooping and getting paid for it. So for everyone that was worried, it seems everything will be ok. And thank you to those who sent cards and flowers.
