I always remembered to take my pill - I just took it when I woke up every morning, so it was always the first thing on my mind and I never forgot. I always thought that was a good plan.

But vitamins are a different story - I have to take them with food and I don't eat breakfast so by the time I eat lunch I get busy and forget.

i have been on the pill & the shot. i had issues with both of them.

i have never had ANY problems with the ring & i have been on it for 3 or so years, i think it is the most wonderful birth control. also if someone loses it inside their vagina, then their vagina must be too big.
