yeah that too. losing weight makes you healthier and you will feel better in a lot of ways. for example since i've gained 30 pounds i've developed sleep apnea. my breathing is all fucked up at night, so I wake up a lot. I'm hella tired all day.

well no, it's not really a beer belly lol. I hardly drink. It's more of a "i sit on my ass at work all day and then come home and sit on my ass all night and eat all the time and dont get any exercise" belly.
