traveling about canada .. some help please.

Hey

i am going to edmonton in Oct and torronto/nyc in dec/jan time.
I am bit stuck as what to do ... i am quite aware of how boring edmonton is, i was just going to hire a 4x4 and go for a drive around the area just staying at hotels, or even in the truck if i had to.

now ..
is it better to book the car now or just get one out there

i was also just thinking of maybe buying something and leaving it with my mate . how does this work why cant i see the price ?

any advice ot travel trips would be cool.

Edmonton will be cold as fuck. I lived there for 2 years it sucked. Pretty much west endmonton mall, its like the biggest or 2nd biggest mall in the world or somthing. If i were you i would drive down just east of calgary and go to drumheller, its this big ass desert with dino bones or some shit, but its pretty cool looking. If you were coming to B.C I could tell you alot of really cool places to go. Why are you going to Alberta anyways?

We pretty much did this on a trip we took last year. The rockies between Alberta and B.C. are amazing theres a shit load of cool places to see. Go to lake louise its pretty cool, theres another lake thats on the way that is better though, i dont remember what its called but you need to take a bus trip there. Waterton lakes is pretty cool too. Jasper is beautiful. You should deffinitly go to drumheller though its amazing to come apon, youre driving along and its flat as shit, green fields and then its just huge crators and those big hoodoo things. You are going the wrong time of year though, Alberta is cold as fuck in the winter.

p.s. it might be beneficial to book the car beforehand as you will have a better selection (you wont get stuck with a minivan becuase they are out of other choices)
