I need pc help

I spent a good portion of my shift yesterday cleaning up shit on the computers at work so they would function again.
I don't spend much time on pcs anymore much less fixing them. Anyone got any suggestions as to the best(read:quickest) way to get rid of all these viruses, trojans, adware etc?
If it were up to me I'd just wipe out everything and start over, but I'm not familiar with the system we're using and it apparently cost 25,000 dollars.

prevx1 does a pretty good job of getting rid of that shit and its free for 30 days

This computer if fucked beyong belief. I had to download the program on another computer and send it throught the network to the infected computer.
The only problem is, is the cpu usage keeps jumping up to 100%. I'm looking at all the processes and they all say 00. Wtf... I just need the computer to quit fucking up on me long enough to clean this junk up.
I fucking hate pcs.

yeah it doesn't make much sense to have someone who doesn't know the $25,000 system be the one to fix it

Todays my last day of work, so I'll have some free time before I move soon. You've waited this long, you can wait a little longer

The reason why they have me working on the computers is because there are viruses and junk on there from other employees downloading poker programs and god knows what. My boss is a dumb cheap bitch who doesn't want to pay for shit. She knows if the computer guy comes out and sees 11 viruses on the computer he'll say "that's not under warranty" and charge us. So she wants me to fix that before anyone comes out to look at the system. I actualy amazingly got quite a bit accomplished yesterday. I'd fixed 2 of the 3 computers. This last one is just being a complete pain in the ass.
