I suppose it's for the anal-fucker on the go. Not everybody has time to spend on lubing up prior to insertion. So to solve this problem man has developed a way to spray lubrication on his penis prior to a nice anal pounding. Now that I think about it... this just sounds like WD-40.

i got some Pur that sam reccomended and that stuff is niiiice. haven't really tried a lot of lube though.

it starts off with an attractive woman talking about something and holding the bottle. her man is downstairs with some tools trying to fix something (HAH). she sprays it and talks about how 'that will get him up here' or something to fuck her. then she smiles and it goes to a close up of a finger spraying it and runs the credits.

i dont know if it's actual lube or a body spray or what
