Mexico does match up better against South American teams than the rough and tumble Euro squads. But they've been pretty tepid this Cup overall, not sure if their confidence level is enough to move on.

yeah i totally agree. the inward pointing arrow for every post thing just compounds the annoyance and stupidity of it all. thats really what does it for me. theres no big statement or witty subversiveness here, its just unrestrained obnoxiousness. the "the US is better than canada" thread sealed the deal, i think. why not just make a thread like "all black people are criminals" or something of an equally desperate and transparent (and unfunny) attempt at controversy? or, wait, he does do that. ive never seen someone try so, so hard for attention in everything

México played its best match of the world cup, but still that wasn't enough. It's time for reflection and the beginning of a new process. Even if they played a good match today and left their hearts at the field today, the overall impression of this world cup was not good. There's no good in being too pessimist nor being too mediocre and thinking we lost with dignity. For the first time in many years we had a process of 4 years with the same coach before the world cup, and I think that was an important step that should be kept for the next couch.

I saw it from the second half on. The more and more different countries I see play the more I realize how shitty the U.S team was.
