Cycling is a very intense workout. You'll build up mostly your leg muscles, but if your posture is good on a bike your shoulders and back will tone up. Plus, you've already got a helmet!

Yeah the helmet is making me more willing to consider buying other things cause I already have the stuff, I also have wrist guards that I wear, and knee and elbow pads that I don't wear.

You don't need wrist guards for a bike, you won't be able to brake.

Yeah I realize that, I was thinking of rollerblades. I wouldn't wear pads or guards on a bike.
