i'm off in an hour to a friend of mine. I think it'll involve soccer watching, beer drinking, playing some serious cards, and then of course the annual neighbourhood torching down the old furniture fire at midnight! Should be good.

I'm doing fuck all, but I did plan on going down the pub to get plastered and sing bad karaoke. That was until I fucked my knee up, from falling over shit whilst running out of an abandoned building at 2 in the morning. It's agony just to bend the fucking thing, so no pub for me. Funny thing is, I didn't feel a thing until I woke up on the sofa this morning, then nearly fell through the coffee table trying to stand up. Alcohol - The great anaesthetic.

It's no big deal, probably would've been a shit night anyway. I'd have stayed in anyway, if not for friends phoning up and shit. At least I have an excuse, now I just have to numb the pain.

i was having people over- i was going to cook dinner. Then every single one of them cancelled- one of them today after i bought all the food. No one has had my cooking before so it can't be that. One person said her boyfriend, "would prefer to be around people he knew at New Years". ugh i suck
