i never get "Unavailable Number". And i answer them because it kills me when i don't know who is calling me. I put my cell phone on the national do not call registry: https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx . I don't know if that's why i never get telemarketers or not, but better safe than sorry.

I never answer because it's either telemarketers, or worse, my mother in law. Yeah, I only have a cell phone too, a house phone would be a waste of money for me.

Yeah, I usually do because for some unknown reason, my Doctor's office shows up as "Private."

The few times that I did answer and it WASN'T the doctor's office, it was a wrong number. I haven't had a telemarketer call my cell phone in probably 4 years (watch a telemarketer call me tomorrow, damnit)

Usually, since a few of my friends have private numbers for their cell phones, and it shows up as blocked number.
The only times I get telemarketing calls on my cell phone is when I used to forward my home phone to my cell phone.
