IF YOU’RE SERIOUS ABOUT WRITING, SURELY YOU’D PUT THESE LIMITS ON YOURSELF RATHER THEN RESTRICT YOURSELF BECAUSE SOMEONE ELSE SAID SO.

‘Sure, trying to write a whole lot in a short space will probably mean your story sucks, but now that you’re committed to our little decision you may as well suck it up and concentrate on QUANTITY rather then QUALITY, because as we all know, that’s what’s important when trying to be creative’.

The two people you've been arguing with both made really reasonable points, and then tried to accept some of the better points you were making. Your response was to start bitching at them, refusing to accept any sort of compromise. You're like a little kid who HAS to have his way, no matter what. You look like an ass. probably, but that's to be expected without any chance to edit or rewrite. the point is to get the writing process going; i like the idea of writing but a forced deadline of this nature would not have occurred to me. if this helps me write other stuff down the line, that's great, but if not i'll have still had an interesting experience.

and whatever happens i won't be a spiteful little south african shit, so i can't see myself getting too disappointed if it doesn't work out brilliantly

I only ‘argued’ with one person.

I wont actually call it arguing, cause I just wanted to prove my point and wasn’t actually getting angry about anything, but yeah.
