Question are there any good programs to make liner note booklets?

what do you call the actual booklet anyways? I don't think I've ever known...

anyways, I want to make a mix CD, complete with lyrics and stuff. I could always set the margins to the right size, but that would probably be a pain and stuff. so is there anything out there that does that for you? that would be a biiiig help

Depends on the result you're after, I guess. I use Adobe InDesign which would be more than suitable for this kind of thing, but if you can't be bothered setting margins you're probably after a quick result rather than something fancy.

On my old PC I had a CD burner that came with Easy CD Creator. I never actually used the software for burning CDs but it did have a suitably cheap-and-nasty jewel case layout "designer". All it was really comprised of was a pre-set margin template (i.e. 12cm x 12cm per panel for liner booklet) with some rudimentary text editing and image-placement options. If this is all you're after, there are bound to be numerous similar pieces of software out there.

Google says to look here.

Photoshop isn't really appropriate for anything largely text-based if it's destined for print.
