I have obtained information from secret sources that Jerome plans on luring as many Netphorians to his get-together as possible with the express intent of detonating explosives strapped to his body. He is suicidal and wishes to make some sort of impact with his life by dying and taking many people out with him.

He will make the news and be remembered, even though he is nothing in real life. All because he took many people who were cared for away from this world.
