Almost everybody does, without thinking about it, that really pisses you off.

I'm gonna go with this scenario.

When the phone rings in the house, i pick it up, it's for someone else besides me, i call out to that person who's right beside a phone somewhere else in the house, and everytime they can't seem to understand the direct correlation of the two things that just happened.

Phone rings
Your name is called out
You respond with "what? what is it?" as if you can't figure out what the fuck just happened.

anyone else?

when i am walking down the street maybe to the grocery store or perhaps a bar or restaurant, when someone will just approach me and punch me in the head. i am really getting sick of it!!

i'm sorry, it's my nature; nothing against you.

but one reason why people might do what they do in the scenario you describe is that perhaps the person calling has a question that you don't know that person b might know the answer to.

for example, jane calls varien and wants to know what time nickelback go on stage tonight. you don't know, but person b might. "hey person b!" you call out, intending to then ask them what time the show starts. "what?" or "yeah?" person b will then respond...

i dunno.. i just like nickelback

i hate it when people stop dead in their tracks on the sidewalk. almost everyone does it, myself *******d. it really annoys me when the person in front of me does it, and ESPECIALLY when a whole group of individuals does it. in my head i think WHAT THE FUCK YOU STUPID MOTHERFUCKERS I SHOULD POUND YOUR FACE, but since i have caught myself doing it i don't even frown at others who do it. it's just part of being in the city.

i have a related annoyance--when people stop in a congested area to have a conversation and don't consider moving off to a less obstructive location, forcing people to squeeze around them. this happened in school a lot

One thing i noticed when i was in Toronto, and this is definetly do to the lack of subway's(mainly because that's where i noticed it most

), at least i think so. People here, when they're on an escalator, take up both sides of the escalator, so people who are in a hurry can't get by. When i was in Toronto, i forgot myself and was just standing on the left side of the escalator, and Gary had to tell me to move the fuck over or risk being hurt. It made me smile.

Assholes talking ridiculously loud on their cellphones in libraries, on the bus, or any place where they can annoy a large amount of people in a relatively small amount of space. Because it's ALways about something fucking stupid and un-important. If it's an emergency they should already be running out of the library, or off of the bus.

I was astounded, I think a tear came to my eye, I wanted to steal one of those signs and wear it around my neck in the mall or something pointing at it and staring people down.

no we hate that here too. also standing on the escalator should be a crime anyway. it's not a fucking amusement ride. when i see you there, leaning on the left side guardrail, i just want to grab you by the legs and dump you over the side.
