click here: http://forums.netphoria.org/photoalbum/

then click upload file in the top right

then click browse

find a picture

then click continue

then continue again

then choose the album you want it to go in, and put in the descriptions

then continue again

It says 'login' though on the top right of your page there, you need to be logged in to upload photos.

Maybe you have cookies disabled in your browser? Enable them and then log in.
