What should I do about my best friend?

I had a big fight with my best friend (who is female) and I think she is basically being a stupid dumbass over nonexistant problems.

She started telling me what an awful person I am for "being all over" lots of different girls. I'm sixteen years old and I am single, so I don't see the problem with flirting with lots of different girls. Then she has the nerve to give me some bullshit about how I should take her advice because she always takes mine (which is far from the truth). THEN she starts telling me I am two-faced because I act differently towards different people. The example she gave is how I call this guy in our Astronomy class condescending but then I agree with everything he says when he is around. I tried to explain to her that I do agree with the stuff he says, but that doesn't keep him from being condescending. She acted like she didn't even know what I was talking about. Is she that simple minded that she thinks people are 2 dimensional? This went on for about 20 minutes and I basically told her to go find a new best friend.

What the fuck is her problem? What does she want from me? Do any of you females here have any idea what she wants?
