Soy milk

I've been using this recently and I must say that I wish that I would have made the switch years ago.

I don't know. I went on a soy milk kick not too long ago, and it was great when I first started, but then it started giving me horrid indigestion (sp?) that I couldn't deal with.

milk doesn't agree with me, but i've never been able to drink soy milk...i think it tastes like ass.

That's why I started using soy milk because regular milk seemed to fuck with my digestive system.

yeah, i don't understand what happened, because all of a sudden in the last year or two milk's really fucked with my digestive system, but it's been fine the rest of my life.

the first (and only) time i had soy milk was at my uncle's house to my cornflakes, cause he had no real milk left

The same thing happened to me. I was all about the switch at first, but after a few weeks I couldn't take it anymore. I really don't drink milk as much as I used to anyway, so it doesn't make that big of a difference in my diet.

I dislike soymilk. It's all about almond milk. I wish it wasn't so difficult to come by. I only know one place that sells the stuff, and it's almost an hour away (even though there are tons of health food stores close to where I live).
