Make a new gmail account. I am sure you can get your info back and forward your new addrress to people.

Perhaps, you could email the people who emailed you the most often to resend the emails.. Unless the hacker comes forth, you're pretty much screwed. Are you sure you didn't forget your password, I mean, hacking someone's gmail account has to be pretty complicated.
