Default crazy shit last night

I basically went party hopping by myself, something I don't think I'd like to do again. the fucked up part was walking through the streets.

i got mixed up and ended up at the wrong part of town, a relatively isolated place. down the street i saw this lady speaking to a couple as they walked by her. but there was something about the way this lady moved. she was fuckin weird. and then once I passed her she was saying "yeah, you're all about stacked dead bodies normally, aren't you?"

so i ignored her and kept going. but she was nothing compared to this next guy.

i decided to turn off the road and into an alley. i figured it was a more direct route to get to the house i was aiming for. but from the opposite end of the path there was a guy coming in from the other end. as i neared him he was calling me.

i thought to myself that I'd ignore him and just keep walking as if he wasn't there. probably the best way to deal with these whackos. but as i passed him he said 'yo' and i just had to answer 'what's up?', but kept walking by. he told me he wanted to talk to me. i said i was in a rush, but he replied back he was in a rush too and followed me.

I didn't know where the hell this alley was taking me and it forked at the end. i start to go up to the left where i hoped there'd be a street. but then this guy grabbed my shoulder from behind.

"this is important. i think there's a bank robbery going on. and i think you're a part of the conspiracy." I freed myself and kept walking, but he ran up and grabbed me again. at this point i thought if i didn't get away, he'd try to take my wallet or kill me. he was a nut and we were alone at 1 am.

i told him, "i'm sorry i gotta go." and put my hand up to push away his hand. i left and i was glad he didn't keep following me. he shouted after me, "i got your face! i got your face!"

and then i finally got back to the drinking.

I seriously felt these people were just on a totally different level. maybe on drugs or just plain nuts. but i felt i could deal with them. i could be on their side.

i related what the woman said to the tsunami and the war. and i related what the guy said to the hierarchy in society and the world. this is why i sometimes feel like a spoiled, rich boy when i walk through town.

but i wouldn't hesitate to fuckin punch them right in the face if they mess with me too much.

funny post. but assuming you didn't know what I meant, I was talking about the trains of thought these people live by, even if only for the moment. states of mind that we wouldn't fully comprehend unless we were in their shoes.

where do you live?

stay out of alleys late at night if you don't want to get approached in dark alleys by creepy motherfuckers. that's a lesson i learned years ago and will carry to my grave. people are always suggesting to me that we take an alley as a shortcut and i always refuse and try to show them that it's just not a good idea.

i guess i never saw a difference between alleyways and streets because most of the shit i witnessed outside happened in the streets.
and i wear a red coat. who's going to fuck with a red coat dude. people raise their hands to their eyes in horror and look away it's so bright. my brother called me a hippie when we were shopping at el guero.

Good to hear. I'm doing well, a month and a half until our wedding and things are getting down to the wire. We don't have much left to do though, as we've planned it out well and paid as we went.

I'm entertaining several job offers at the moment, not sure where I'll end up. I love the idea of not knowing where I'll be at this time in a month. It's perilous, yet reassuring.

my uncle Louis made a deal with the devil to sell cursed antiques in exchange for eternal life, but he broke the pact and it cost him his soul, now me and some other people have to go around collecting the possessed artifacts before they kill more people.
