One time i had to have my spleen removed and the couldnt put me under for some medical reason, and they could only use the local aenesthetic for the skin, so i could feel them cut out my spleen.

sometimes. mine weren't really that bad, but at times it felt like someone was taking a rip cord out of my abdomen. you know like that string you pull on to open big bags of dog food? well it felt like someone was ripping out one of those in my lower mid section. now that i'm on the pill it just mildly burns sometimes.
