The deal gets better, if you buy season 1 of any of these titles..

The Shield, 24, Family Guy, King of the Hill, Buffy, Angel.. I think that was it.. for $30..

It comes with a coupon where you can get any two other seasons of any of those series (not including season 1) and get $10 rebate on each.

I got The Shield season1, I think I'll apply my rebates to Buffy 7 and maybe Shield 2.

thats it! I'm scoring Season 1 of 24. My favourite season. Seems the most self-contained & has more night-time epsidoes.

Make sure it contains the rebate, it's this blue mini booklet stuck to the front of the box.

Season 2 is way better. Season 1 has the most stupid plot twist in it next to Kim/Cougar incident from S2. Still, one of the best shows out there. You should pick them all up.

Are you talkin the finale s.1 plot twist?

I want to own them all eventually, but like I've said before, I'm cheap. I've seen them all once, at least now. Season 1 stuck with me the most. S2 was ok, aside from 80% of the Kim stuff.

I'm talking about when Kims mom loses her memory. Dude, Season 2 was the best season so far. Its only matched by how good this season is going.

Yah, ok. That was cheese. But every 24 season has a wrong headed subplot. However, I thought the overall plot of Season 1, how the main plot of terrorist threat & Jack Bauer's investment in the aforementioned threat was pulled off the best in season 1 than all of the seasons. And, as a bonus, Dennis Hopper is in it.

Not that I'm dissin season 2, that was good too. Fuck it, all seasons of 24 are good, its just varrying degrees of good.

Edit: Also, I love the last 5 minutes of season 1. That's how I like my action/ melodrama, really dark & depressing.
