No, he was late and the judge threatened to revoke his $3 million bail but gave him 1 hr to show up.

I saw that at the end, on fark it's just an ongoing story so I was just earlier on on it, they said that the judge gave him an hour to arrive and there was a count down to it. Then he arrived 3 mins late and they thought he was gonna get fined until they announced he had a 15 minute grace period.

It says he was driving at 90mph with a police escort
