i'm excited because it's just me racing. i've been training and want to do well.

all my friends aren't racing until 3 in the afternoon but they're getting up early to watch me race. i <3 them.

we're not allowed to wear anything affiliated w/our school because it's not an NCAA sponsored event.

our shirts have a cartoon dog on the front with a halo and angel wings. on the back it says "otis"

otis was our coach's dog who died last december. he was always in the boathouse while we erged. he was really old. she cried when she saw the shirts.
