VB has been around for I guess 2 years now i think...? something like that

UBB was used the majority of the rest of the time before it, which would have started sometime in 1998 I believe.

The old style message board used in the very beginning was only used for a couple months at most before going over to UBB.

I can't remember exactly. Maybe if you check www.archive.org you might be able to figure out the dates a bit better.

ok archive.org only goes back to Feb 1999 with Netphoria.org and it looks like we were already using UBB by then

so at some point the board in the form and concept as we know it now started in 1998
