My write in was Kyle Korver and I am ashamed of myself for not thinking of Skip.

WEST
F Garnett
F Duncan
G Allen
G Cassell
C Brad Miller

EAST
F Grant Hill
F Rasheed
G Iverson
G LeBron
C Ben Wallace

These are completely without regard to stats or performance and entirely due to personal favoratism. Which explains why I would leave Kobe off. It also explains why Yao is no where to be seen because I think he sucks at everything but shooting.

I mean when you're 8 feet tall you should lead all centers in rebounding but Yao isn't. His rebounding technique is god awful.

i have no real opinion, quite yet. the first list looks ok, for now...but on average each team has played 10 games at this point, so it doesn't really mean all that much yet.

that's b/c the all-star game isn't really about who's having the best season...it's who the fans want to see play.

Kobe, Vince, Lebron, AI, Yao, KG, Shaq, etc.

and actually...now that I think about it, Amare needs to be on there. I'd put him above everyone not named KG, the mans a freak.

he's not exciting but he's just insanely good and you could stick him on any team and they're a championship contender

you can't say the same about amare...just look at how good that team was before they got a legit point guard
but last season Amare was 21. i absolutely think you can build a team around him at this point...and he's only going to get better. that said, i'm not saying move Duncan, i think Amare goes over AK.

not to disagree, but that team is not starting to rebound...and i don't think he whined about the iPod...the story was just about the league asking him to ditch it, not him complaining about it. i could be wrong about the iPod part, though.

Tim Duncan was listening to one before the game against Toronto and Carter made a big deal about how unfair it was.

The Raptors now have a bonafide point and they have some young talent up front. Donyell and Peterson are both nice complementary players for a franchise guy who should stop crying and suck it up. Michael Jordan didn't demand a trade when Chicago was sucking ass. Lets bear in mind that it's also the Eastern Conference and there's no excuse that this team with a healthy Vince and Skippy shouldn't make the playoffs.

The NBA is full of a bunch of assholes and ingrates, criminals, thugs and greedy sons of bitches

It's no wonder the popularity of the league keeps going down and down

ya, i didn't know the whole iPod part...only the first part about it.

anyhow, i don't buy the Raptors. Alston is one of the most over-hyped guys in the league right now. Yes, he puts up numbers...he's fun to watch, all that good stuff. He's -not- the solution for a winning franchise, however...this will be more evident as the season goes on. Peterson is lame...he's a 4th man off the bench for half the teams in the league, and while Donyell brings a few nice things to the game...toughness and 100% effort are not one of them, which is why you'll find him on the bench half the game. Bosh is nice, but not enough to make up for their shortcomings. They'll finish near last years record...30-something wins, 40-something losses.

Alls I'm saying is that there is stuff there to work with and getting Derek Anderson and Reefer for Vince Crybaby will improve that team immesurably.

And Skip is not overhyped. That guy came from nothing and he's averaging almost 20 and 10 assists. Having a point guard with skills such as his is a key to success. Especially considering how hard he has worked to be where he is right now.

Alston is now under 40% shooting...averaging just under 13ppg and 7 assists/game while the Raptors are sitting in last place w/ a record off 11-21 (3-5 since the Vince trade).

Mo Pete is averaging 9 pts, 3 boards, and 2 assists per game (at 39% FG).
