Someone buy me the poster, and I’ll send you something of equal or greater value, from South Africa!

Haha.

Like a bag of decent weed. It costs about that much.

But I wont really send weed overseas. So, something else.

I actually probably wouldn't let anyone do that for me. I'd feel bad.

Since it isn't actually in the thread.

All these other pictures could threaten the regarded beauty of the original.

I could get a whole shit load of that.
There’s markets just for African Sculpture around.

And on some of the runs I go on my bike out to the country, there’s a lot out there.

For good prices too.

Except it would cost more then the poster to send it to you.
You’d have to send me two. Haha.

When i move out of my student room to some serious housing, i'm planning on decorating my apartment with some of his stuff.
Do you have that enormous book of him? A friend of mine has this huge book about him, with a lot of work from him in it.

man, that poster really makes me thirsty for absinthe, not that i've tried it. what i'm probably craving is mountain dew. but the point is, art and design was relatively much better back in the day- the poster alone can make you interested in the product. these days, every company seems to need ridiculous overblown ad campaigns to affect you emotionally or something. fuck that. actually they would probably sell more if the products just weren't shitty *coughcoughmcdonalds*

I love Absinthe.

I’m not too good at stomaching it without melting sugar into first though.

Without the sugar, it’s pretty strong.

On my birthday someone bought me a bottle. And someone else forced a double tot down my throat, sans sugar. Since I was on a double hit of both E and A, as well as 4 lines of coke, it felt like insects were in my mouth. I mean, I knew it was Absinthe, but that taste was buzzing around down my throat and every time I breathed it was pretty intense. So I threw up.

I have a picture somewhere of that.

No, I didn't go. But that book is indeed awesome. The next time I see him, i'll ask where he got that book. I believe he bought it at a normal bookstore.
Was the book expensive?

I'd do it. Seriously. I'll order it and send it to you if you want. I'd love to get random stuff from some other country. It wouldn't even have to be anything cool. Just like, South African candy and newspapers and stuff. I think that sort of thing is really interesting.

PM me your address and a link to the poster you want.

when you were buying it at the exposition: yes, 30 euros. But i bought it at such a random cheap book store you find in larger cities. Only 15 euros or something like that.

I could send you random cheap things for free!

How about you PM me your address!

And not for reasons that 3M3B mentioned.

You're going to send me anthrax, aren't you?

No, seriously, it's cool. It's a pretty poster, you should have it. Although if you don't have a PO Box I guess...can you get mail there at all? Or does it all just disappear off your front porch?

Yeah, I thought so, since she’s… dislikes me.

Haha.

Your PM box is full, BTW, but I was just saying how it’s really nice of you to offer, but I really would feel bad.

However, showing off random cheap things from my country is fun, so I could always just do that anyway.
