my dog has chronic ear infections, if it smells it's most likely a yeast infection... is it vet-perscribed medication? because my mom got some nasty petstore stuff that just made it worse and we had to take him to the vet to get stuff that healed it..

it's vet-prescribed. it's just so fucking weird. this has never happened to him before now all of a sudden he's hacking and stuff. he's been wheezing while he sleeps for awhile though. does he have bronchitis? i turned off my fan. ugh. maybe it's something in my room th at's making him do this? dammit what am i going to do for 3 hours until my dad wakes up. dammit. i shouldn't have taken him on his walk without his sweater. he

yes, it could very well be something in your room thats interfeering with his breathing, even dust or particles in the air can irritate the airway of an older dog, which can cause wheezing. i can't tell if he has bronchitis, you'd have to get him checked out. i hope he's ok

mine's like 12 or 13 i think. well. this is what happened. my parents finally got up around 6 and came out of their room at like 6 15 and i told my mom about the weird noise my dog was making. she was all "yeah i heard it too. i was really worried about him last night"

and my dad came out and said what noise? and i said "he was GASPING" and she said OH. apparently SHE thinsk the noise he was making was likea gagging noise from his stomach being upset or something. that's what i thought when i first heard it too but the second or third time it happened it struck me as more gasping for air. so now i don't even fucking know if it's a respiratory problem or something else. and my dad was all 'well we'll see how he is this morning' and they just left and i was all ughhh and i put chopin etudes on cuz my dog loves chopin and he was sleeping reallyd eeply so i figured he was tired from me bothering all night so i turned the light off and went to sleep. and i woke up at some point to him scratching on my door to come IN must've been sleep-walking when i let him out -- well now he's sleeping on my bed jus tlike normal except 20 mins ago he made the noise again i wonder where my stupid dad is.

you will NOT believe what just happened. i go ask my dad about the dog and he'sa ll "oh he's fine, i took him on a walk and he ate his breakfast, he's fine" and i was all "daddy he's been making this horrible noise" and bla bla bla and we're sitting there in my room arguing about my dog andmy dad is all "i'm not taking him to the vet, he's fine. there's nothing the vet could do. what would he do if you took him in?" and i'd go "maybe he'd look in his throat?" UGH. and then i said "maybe that horrible ear infection spread or something" and my dad said. my dog has this horrible infection in his RIGHt ear right? i keep fucking talking about it. it's bothering so much he basically scratched all the hair off or something. and my dad JUST "noticed" it. he was all "oh wow look at his right hear.i've been putting his medicine in his left!

UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

this is what happens when i go away to college. i KNEW it. i KNEW it. my poor dog.
