i love my best friend <3

shes sooo different from me. its so weird. we met the first day of 6th grade and she was so cute. she loves giraffes and she was wearing giraffe earrings, a giraffe tshirt, and giraffe pin and we were both pretty tomboyish and dorky. but now shes miss fashionista, wears a lot of makeup, and is pretty typical in a lot of ways. but god i love her. more than anyone.

she called me last night right after 12 to wish me a happy new year. she was in charlotte at some rave(shes not really a raver, she just knows a lot of djs, etc) and i was hanging out in raleigh. this is so typical of us, cause we hang out with different crowds, but when it comes down to it we love each other more than any of our other friends.

so she just got online and we had this little convo:
her: lol.....that must have been bad babysitting....what were you guys doing when i called?
Jennyfurz37: just yelling and banging on pots and pans mainly- i wasnt quite sooo drunk then!
her: lol...you are funny, i love you
Jennyfurz37: i love you too! i was so happy you called!
her: yeah i was happy i talked to you!
Jennyfurz37: yah i was all "yay!" when we got off the phone-that was sweet of you :-)
her: no it wasnt, it was expected-we are best friends!!!!
Jennyfurz37: yah! i just didnt know you were gonna do it so when my phone rang i was like "wtf?" and then i saw it was you and i was all happy! i love you!
her: no, i love you more!!

oh geez i love her so much it hurts

i was with my best friend last night for new years... and we were with her sort of boyfriend as well, and right at midnight she leans over and kisses me before him.. it was adorable. <3 my other half.

awww. so sweet.

laura is so funneh. shes half italian and half irish(shes not a U.S. citizen) and so shes really confrontational, but you could never hate her for it. shes gotten into it with most of her teachers but most of them love her to death anyways. shes great.
