(yeah i know i know) a couple days ago on the daily show he was interviewing that girl, anna paquin yeah, and she goes to columbia and he said "yeah, i almost went to columbia but they had, what's it called, oh yeah -- standards" sooo mean

then a couple mins later she said "you know some colleges you go there and there is absolutely nothing to do there but study?" and jon stewart said "yeah i went there" but i can't begrudge him that cuz that is true

uhh. famous people who teach here? hmmmmmm. most professors aren't such big celebrities outside their cities are they? back at uva we have larry sabato but i doubt anyone outside of virginia, ney even central virginia knows who he is. uhhh. i dunno.

I don't think anyone famous has attende my college, but Pete Metzalaars attended my high school. He was a tight end who played for the Buffalo Bills and Detroit Lions, I think.

Wait, Tim Allen attended Western Michigan, and I'll be going there eventually.

Yes indeedee. Sean was supposed to drop in on the class sometime that semester, but it never happened.

On the bright side, I've been told Sean will be a speaker at a graduation thing a day or two before commencement.

As for his dad, he's very cool to talk to and nice in general. He gave me some good pointers I used for my film shoot. And even more notably, he treated me with respect even though I was a piss-poor actor. His class is Acting and Directing, but you have to do the acting component even if your interest is directing.

So according to that, about 90% Dartmouth and 10% Washington U. at St. Louis. I always had heard about the WUSTL connection, but Dartmouth seemed to be the most cited, so I almost wondered if I had made a mistake. I guess not.

um. None. But when when I was ages 12-15 I lived in Davis & my mom was going to school at UCD & we lived on campus & Wayne Thighbaugh (sp? It seems I can never spell his name right) taught there & I once stood 3 feet away from the strapping man. Well, he wasn't that strapping. But it was still a cool experience.
