I found a mention of this Dr.Phil tidbit in someone's blog, it made me larf because from anyone else, it would be considered rude and insensitive.

Oh man, I've just been reading the Dr.Phil messageboard and found this:

We can't have missionary sex because her stomach is like a beach ball. So for 10 years it has only been rear entry. I miss kissing and holding her during sex.
