Tips on how to get through work

Ok, so we're open until midnight until Christmas, and we usually get no customers whatsoever after 10 or so.

I'm on from 4 to midnight tonight and I'm going to be bored out of my mind pretty much the entire time with nothing to do except stand there and get paid.

When you have a lot of time to kill at work or whatever what do you do to entertain yourself? And don't say post on netphoria.

See that's the thing, I work in retail and I'm going to be out in the open. Can't really do that. I try to have magazines around to glance through but its hard enough to do that on the sly. I think they honestly expect me to just stand there.

we used to call and try and place orders for things that were either really difficult or impossible to order and get all mad and confused when they told us we idnt do it.

or ilke this one time my friend got two or three calls in an hour asking if we sold wedding cake tops and was like 'damn why do poeple keep asking' it ws just a coincidence so i called like 5 more times taht day asking for them and she didnt catch on for hours.

i usually pick up those pocket-sized bottles of whisky at the liquor store before going to work. nicely concealed. nobody knowz :-O
