i do this too. but the inside doesnt taste like anything. But its good - it got rid off all the riff raff of caramel and stuff i didnt want. My fav used to be Choclair's i used to put them in the fridge then eat em. It was like chocolate mousse between wafers - sorta like coffee crisp.
