Question Birth control question...

Tomorrow night, I take the last placebo pill and I have yet to get my period. Should I be worried? (And no, I'm not pregnant...I haven't had sex since August.) I'm on Ortho-Tricyclen...and I've been on this particular pill for a year now. This whole not getting my period thing hasn't happened before.

I've read something before that it was possible to stop getting your period after being on the pill for awhile...maybe that's all this is? And I've been taking Percocet for the past couple of weeks because of my fractured sternum...maybe the medication is the cause?

Arrow Thanks to Google.com...

Quote:
IF YOU MISS A PERIOD

You may sometimes miss a period while you are taking the Pill. As long as you have taken it as directed and have no reason to think it might not have worked and you could be pregnant, just keep taking the Pill as usual. If you miss a second period or have symptoms of pregnancy such as nausea, contact your doctor, nurse or health provider.
So I guess there is no reason to worry.
